Customers can cancel up to 48 hours before the start time for a full refund. If a cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the start time, service providers will not receive payment. If a cancellation happens after the 48-hour mark, service providers will receive payment for the service.
Customers can cancel up to one (1) week or 168 hours before the start time for a full refund. If a cancellation occurs at least one (1) week or 168 hours before the start time, service providers will not receive payment. If a cancellation happens after the one (1) week or 168 hour mark, service providers will receive 50% payment of the total booking cost.
Customers can cancel up to two (2) weeks or 336 hours before the start time for a full refund. If a cancellation occurs at least two (2) weeks or 336 hours before the start time, service providers will not receive payment. If a cancellation occurs later than two (2) weeks or 336 hours before the start time, service providers will receive 100% payment for the service.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Goom's SaaS platform, including all features, content, and services offered through the platform (collectively, the "Platform"). Groom is not liable for any damages caused by false or misleading information that users post on the Platform. Groom has no obligation to monitor user-generated content for accuracy or completeness.
Platform Content:
All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and software, are owned by Groom or its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content or materials on the Platform without the prior written permission of Groom.
7. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.
8. Fees
Groom may charge fees for certain features and services on the Platform. You agree to pay all applicable fees in full and on time.
9. Refunds
Groom may offer refunds for certain products and services on the Platform. Refund policies are subject to change and are posted on the Platform.
10. Termination
Groom may terminate your account or your access to the Platform at any time for any reason. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting Groom customer support.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada and the United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
12. Changes to the Terms
Groom may modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified on the Platform or by other means. Your continued use of the Platform after modifications acknowledges the modified Terms.
